These are certain habits we both have developed:

  1. Our mornings always start with a hug and a kiss, when we are back from work and also just before retiring for the night. This is done with a lot of consciousness
  2. We always tell each other that we love them. This has helped us strengthen our bond.

  3. No matter what the argument or a fight is, we never go to bed angry
  4. We periodically check on each other if they are okay- emotionally,physically and mentally. We both keep an open ground to vent and look for a solution. No judgements
